Sarto

May 25th, 2021

The brand uses a colour palette influenced by Italian culture with foils and papers to match. These continue throughout the interior of the restaurant.
The form of the S — also used throughout the visual language — alludes to the shape of a fusilli bronze die. As the word fusilli originates from the Italian ‘fuso’ (meaning spindle) and ‘sarto’ translates as tailor (the building in which the restaurant resides was once a tailor’s), its use seems all the more relevant.
